Design Feature
Single stage pressure regulator
Low  leakage Rate and regulation sensitivity with the design of corrugated stainless diaphragm without holes.
Easy to sweep，Small dead volume.
Cleaning with ultrapure water.
Install the stainless filter in the inlet.
Accuracy of Pressure guage：1.6KL.
【Note】1、The operating pressure should be less than the 60% of the max range of manometer.
2、1MPa=10bar=9.87atm=145.03psi=10.2kg/cm 2 =7500mmHg.
